Summary 

We want to make shopping for young ones as easy as possible, so you can spend more time with them and have one less job on the list! Our simple website has plenty of photos and authenticated reviews, so even though its online you can get a great feel for things. 

Every decision we make is based on customer feedback and surveys we do with parents. We try to provide the best service possible at all times and we're always open to feedback! 

How we started?

Back in 2020 we purchased a children’s clothing company. Unfortunately, we did not realise some of the issues with this company, but we still felt we could make a great difference. So, after some consideration, we decided to strip it back to basics and build it up again.

We don’t regret buying that business (although it came with lots of headaches), as we learnt more than we could ever imagine. This gave us great insight at what could be done better and what customers want.

After we put all the feedback together, we decided to start fresh and ensure that every decision we make is based on what our customers want! We spent a long time testing our products and working with manufacturers to get them just right and build a long-term relationship. We also signed up to a great customer survey platform which allows us to speak directly with potential customers to get feedback on everything we offer.

This means we have addressed all the issues of the business we originally purchased and more! Every decision we’ve taken has been confirmed by customer feedback even which products we decided to launch on our first day.

Whats next?

We want to continue ensuring all of our customers are at the front of every decision we make. This means we will continue working with our customer survey provider to work out which products to launch next and if there’s anything we can improve on.

Over coming months, we intend to launch plenty more items and make sure we have a really simple way of purchasing these. But mainly we want to focus on whatever our customers are making clear they want us to help with!
